I know the area and am experienced in helping families and individuals from inside and outside the USA move to and get settled here in the Northern Colorado Front Range area.

Moving out of the area? I can also handle the sale of your property here and refer you to a reputable agent in the area you are relocating to inside and outside the US.

I will work with your assigned relocation company should such company be assigned to assist you with the logistic and financial aspects of your move.

Relocating can be both exciting and stressful. I know this from first hand: My family relocated from the Netherlands to Colorado fifteen years ago!

My goal is to educate, helping you make the best decision for your family's needs. It is not part of my strategy to pressure you or to apply sales techniques to force a buying decision that is not in your best interest.

I research homes, schools, and neighborhoods, and share the results of my work with my clients. I take my relocating families on tours of the local areas they are interested in, and will give them all information available to allow them to make a well-informed buying decision.

My relocation services are FREE. As a buyers' agent, I work 100% in the best interest of my clients and their families - the seller of the home of their choice will pay our fees.

I strive to provide FIRST CLASS relocation services to my clients. I offer personalized relocation kits for families moving into the area, containing maps, school and area information, coupons, and any additional information that is specific to the area of their choice. I am respectful of my clients' relocation time tables - keeping them informed is my top priority.

If you prefer to rent, my fee-based RentalSearch service offers access to a variety of resouces to help you find a suitable rental property.

My service extends until far beyond your move:
I offer help in establishing social contacts, identifying cleaning and handyman services, baby sitting, clubs and activities, and referrals to trusted local trades and organizations.

When you arrive in Denver, I can make arrangements to meet you at the airport or at your place of temporary residence. I am happy to help in any way to make your move to or from Colorado as easy as possible!
