My Buyer and Seller Incentives
I offer various incentives to help make the purchase or sale of your home easier and more profitable in our current economic environment. These incentives are not of any infuence to the quality and extend of my services.The incentive offered depends on the applicable situation:
Selling with me and moving out of the area I service:
Allow me to refer you to a reputable and qualified Realtor® in the area you are moving to and receive a discount on my listing fee.
Selling and buying with me within the area I service:
I offer a significant reduction of my listing fee when you allow me to handle your sale AND purchase (my fees on the purchasing end will be paid by the seller of the home of your choice).
Selling your home to my own buyer
Receive a discount on our listing fee when I produce my own buyer and handle the sale of your home myself with no other real estate professional entitled to a co-op commission or referral fee.
All buyers
No charge for representation (the seller pays my fees), a complimentary home protection plan upon successful closing of your purchase with me, assistance with obtaining financing, assistance with negotiating third party paid closing costs as desired or necessary, and a free appraisal when working with my preferred lenders for your financing.
