The listing agent of the home represents the Seller and is obligated to act in the Seller's best interest. So dealing with the seller's agent directly may not result in the best deal for you.
As your Buyer's agent I'll put my knowledge of the market and my negotiation skills to work for you to make sure your interest is fully served and protected too.

YOU SHOULD KNOW ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING 
about the property you are purchasing. We will view every home that you are interested in, together. And prior to closing I will make you fully aware of any and all possible loopholes involved and of all inspections available to you to help minimize risks.
